SAVANTHIKA PILLAY
One of the strongest touchstones of Savanthika’s work is the idea that we cannot sustainably or positively change behaviour or relationships, until we change our neuro-physical state.
Savanthika’s coaching and facilitation approach combines the narrative, the cognitive and the somatic in content, form and experience. She is a qualified social worker who worked in the field of physical disability for six years before moving into corporate. Her experience here has been instrumental in her understanding and ability to sense her client’s lived experiences. This helps her design bespoke programmes and processes that are practical and practicable. Savanthika is a certified Imago facilitator and coach, Time to Think facilitator and a Tension and Trauma Release (TRE) facilitator - a body-based modality. She continues to immerse herself in various training to deepen her skills and expertise in somatic facilitation and coaching. Savanthika works the private and public sector, often collaborating with other leadership practitioners and facilitators. Her trauma-informed lens results in her often called upon to co-design and/or facilitate processes that require skills in conflict, diversity, relationship-building, challenging conversations and grief.
