Rosemary has an integrated approach to coaching, assisting leaders achieve personal mastery, with areas of intervention.
These areas include self-awareness and confidence, personal transitions, critical incident management and the importance of connection and networks. Rosemary has 20 years’ experience as a senior business leader in the global healthcare industry and public sector. She has an outstanding record of delivering business performance, while balancing the human dimensions of rapid change. This unique breadth of leadership experience is the foundation for her current focus on executive coaching and customised leadership development. Rosemary’s groundbreaking work at John & Johnson (J&J) - around fostering diversity at board level, with an emphasis on retaining women leaders, - was honoured with the Worldwide Chairman’s award for leadership. In 2006, J&J asked Rosemary to lead the diversity strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a role that led to the creation of the highly successful Ascend Women’s Leadership Programme, and the start of her collaboration with Liz de Wet Leadership Development. Rosemary is an international executive coach, which combined with her leadership experience and our learning approach, brings richness, depth and impact to leadership development.
